Rendering Color Accuracy Guarantee
We understand that color accuracy is critical for curtain orders. Our factory provides a Rendering Consistency Guarantee:
Policy: If the finished product you receive does not match the approved rendering or color sample in terms of color, texture, or material specifications, we will either redo the order at our cost or accept a full return — your choice.
This guarantee applies to all bulk orders where a physical sample or digital rendering has been mutually approved before production. We maintain strict color-matching standards throughout the dyeing and finishing process.
For custom color development, we provide lab dips and strike-off samples before bulk production begins, ensuring alignment at every stage.

Nothing leaves the factory until you have seen it. Every single item can be photographed and filmed on the inspection rack, sent to you for sign-off, and only then packed.
Each finished set is hung on the inspection rack in our dedicated Inspection Area under consistent lighting, so drape, hem, header and pleat spacing are all visible.
We shoot stills of the full drop plus close-ups of header, hem and any hardware, and a short walk-along video showing real fabric movement and true colour.
Media is sent for your written approval. Packing and shipping only begin once you confirm. Any deviation is corrected before the order leaves the floor.
Available per item on request — including per-window sets for hotel and project orders. Ask us to include it in your production plan when you place the order.
